Return Period

Due to the nature of our landscape design services, which involve custom work and consultation, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

For design consultation services, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation appointment to receive a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund consideration, the following conditions must be met:

• You must contact us within the specified return period
• The service must not have been fully completed or implemented
• You must provide a clear reason for the return request
• Any materials or deliverables provided must be returned in their original condition, if applicable

Cost of Return Shipping

If physical materials need to be returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or defective materials. We will provide a return shipping label in cases where the return is our responsibility.

• Digital products or design files that have been delivered and downloaded

If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory return or refund rights, those rights will apply in addition to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order or service agreement under the following conditions:

• Before Service Begins: Full refund if cancellation is made before work has commenced
• During Service: Partial refund may be available based on work completed and materials used
• After Completion: No refund available unless there is a material breach of contract on our part

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our contact form. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Procedure

If your return or cancellation request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days of approval
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

In cases where a partial refund is applicable, the amount will be calculated based on the work completed, materials used, and any non-refundable deposits specified in your service agreement.
